YOGA
TEACHER TRAINING 2007 - 2010
|
| Natural
Bodies Centre is the first to be dedicated to the unique approach
to the yoga in the spirit of Vanda Scaravelli, continuing and further
developing the practice and its teaching. The aim is to provide a
wide content of appreciation of structural relationships, relevant
aspects of Eastern and Western philosophies, given that we are taking
yoga into the 21st century. |
| Vanda
Scaravelli began working with yoga over 50 years ago at the age of
40 with BKS Iyengar and was also deeply influenced by Jiddu Krishnamurti
and TKV Desikachar. As she developed her practice she passed on her
teaching, un-named, to many skilled practitioners and Osteopaths. |
| Through
a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, movement and breath,
teachers can encourage spacial sustained changes in breathing, posture,
strength, attitude and mobility. |
| The
Yoga Teacher Training Course aims to teach a variety of aspects of
yoga, of teaching practice, living anatomy and physiology, understanding
communication in teaching and other related disciplines. |
