Many of the drop-in classes tend to be busy so please arrive at
least 10 minutes before the start if possible to avoid disappointment.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothes that allow ease of movement.
It is best to avoid eating for an hour before the class. Classes
are held in the yoga studio on the 1st floor which is reached by
a flight of stairs therefore the centre is not wheelchair accessible.
